CHRIANNA !! : UP TO DATE SUMMARY & OPINION
Now I've been trying to avoid this subject for some time now, but i just had to put my . 2 cents in. It all began Grammy weekend when we found out that Rhianna had been supposedly beaten up by Chris brown!
First off i don't condone to any man ever hitting a female, but before we, but before we start jumping off the Chris brown band wagon, shouldn't we first find out exactly whats been going on???
Now there is a couple of things that disturb me, about the situation, first is trying to picture Chris brown hitting a female, which doesn't quite seem, to pop into my head, then its the way the media has been taking the situation way outta proportion w/o having all of the facts. Chris has lost his double mint advertising commercial, his got mil advertising ad, all stations in Barbados have stopped playing his music, as so did several radio stations in the U.S, and as shown in the pic below, a local target has been pulling his music away from their shelves.
First we hear Chris beat up Rhianna because she gave him herpes, which she supposedly picked up from JayZ...which is absurd, its ignorant and childish for people to make up such a stupid rumor like this, especially with how big this situation is in the media right now.
Then as sources that contacted ILL SEED over at Hip Hop rumors state
" Chris Brown broke up with Rhianna two weeks ago. Their publicity teams forced them to act like they were together for the Grammy festivities even though Chris did not want to. They attended the Clive Davis event together and he was asked to drive her in his car to and from the event until the paparazzi were done taking photos.
Rhianna, in denial that the relationship was over, continued to act “lovey dovey” with Chris although he was completely “over it”. Chris “supposedly” picked up a girl (who just happened to be Keisha Chante ) and the girl “supposedly” was in the car with the two when the argument started. Rhianna supposedly snapped and punched Chris in the face while screaming and he eventually started to hit her back. The girl in the car (allegedly Keisha Chante) was the one who called 911 after seeing blood shed. The source goes on to say that Chris Brown is in Vegas and their teams are prepping this Keisha chick so that her story matches Chris and Rhianna’s. If she testifies that Rhianna was injured, Chris could get 12 years but if she testifies that Rhianna made the first punch, the story could be spun in court and Chris could get off on all charges.
(Note: Part of this story could be true but the Keisha Chante parts are so random. … Keisha Chante is the Canadian singer who was picked to star in the Aaliyah Biopic). Also, in the story they say Chris is in Vegas but Hip Hollywood reports that he has flown back to the East Coast."

THEN CHRIS BROWNS FRIENDS PUT OUT A STATEMENT STATING THAT THEY GOT INTO AN ARGUMENT, WHICH LED TO A CAR CRASH AND RHIANNA SUSTAINED HER INJURIES FROM THE CRASH.
THAT STATEMENT WAS LATER RETRACTED WHEN E! ONLINE REPORTED THAT RHIANNA CLAIMED CHRIS SAID HE WAS GOING TO KILL HER AND HE CHOKED HER UNTIL SHE LOST CONSCIOUS, THEN WE WERE TOLD THAT THE FIRST DAY SHE SUFFERED BITE WOUNDS, 2 BLACK EYES AND BROKEN TEETH, LATER HER INJURIES WERE DESCRIBED AS TWO CONTUSIONS ON HER HEAD, A BLOODY NOSE AND HER LIP WAS SPLIT, DOES ANYONE SEE WHERE THIS IS GOING? WHAT IS THE TRUTH??
THEN THIS PIC OF A BEATEN UP RHIANNA SURFACES THE WEB
WHICH YOU CAN LATER SEE ITS JUST A PHOTO SHOPPED IMAGE CREATED BY SOMEONE WITH NO LIFE
THEN CHRIS BROWNS STORY IS DISCREDITED WHEN PICS OF THE LAMBO ARE SHOWN, WHERE THERE IS NO SUCH NOTICEABLE DAMAGE THAT WOULD EXPLAIN THE VICIOUS MARKS ON RHIANNA
THEN LASTLY CHRIS BROWN RELEASES AN OFFICIAL STATEMENT WHICH CONFUSES ME EVEN MORE

Keshia Chante to play Aaliyah in Upcoming movie!!
Shortly after the movie premiere of the late B.I.G's life story entitled "NOTORIOUS", sources are talking about the upcoming movie about the late r&b singer Aaliyah, due to drop sometime in 2010. R&B singer Keshia Shante is set to be the actress playing her role. you can see the huge resemblance in the pic below...
the movie is set to get real personal with Aaliyah's life"It has been reported that Warner Brother Films will be creating the motion picture of the late singer and actress Aaliyah who died in a plane crash in 2001. Aaliyah sold more than 32 million albums worldwide before her career was cut short. The film will be a biopic of the singers life. Bill Condon, director of “DreamGirls” will be directing the film.
We are going to great extremities to make this movie perfect. We have Chante in extensive training studying, speaking with family members, watching personal footage and in choreography training with Aaliyah’s choreographer and dear friend Fatima Robinson. This movie will be seamless the same way it was for Selena fans who enjoyed Jennifer Lopez. I can promise Aaliyah fans that this movie will be ten notches higher.”
A source for the film reveals that they “will be going very deep into Aaliyah’s life” and will allow fans to see the “most intimate side of Aaliyah’s legacy.” Sources say the script for the film ‘holds no bars’ and will go as far as touching on the subject of Aaliyah’s highly debated and publicized marriage and annulment to producer R.Kelly.
It has also been confirmed Aaliyah’s colleagues will be featured in the film. Her choreographer Fatima Robinson, Producer and friends, Timbaland, Missy Elliot, Ginuwine, even world renowed music video director Hype Williams will be apart of the film and help re-create the “Rock The Boat” video set which was the last video Aaliyah ever shot. The movie is tentative to start production end of March and is rumored to have a production budget of over 80 million dollars."

GREAT WAY TO START OFF 09' !!
Not only is it great that we have our first African American President,(woot!! OBAMA lol) but it was a great feeling starting off the new years in L.A, on stage in front of 30,000 people, alongside our homie Junior Sanchez. Shortly after that it was also a blessing to arrive back in NY and see our music video "NEW ERA" being played as the new joint of the day on 106 and Park..
We arrived in LAX on the morning of DEC 31, I was super excited to get away from the cold weather in NY (felt like it was below 9 out here lol)...
As we arrived at the Sports center arena, we were directly escorted to our little v.i.p tent behind the stage. the walk to the stage was crazy as we walked around a crowd of 30,000 party goers, which at the time were mostly drunk already lol.
we then began having our own little party inside our cabana, and taking some flixx, as we waited for our turn to rip the stage..

It was CRAZY!! you could see the crowd of people for blocks away, this was our biggest crowd yet, and we loved it, i was a bit nervous at first, but as soon as i hit the stage it all went away. When the crowd started singing along to our "YOUR TO COOL" track (produced by Junior Sanchez) i knew at that moment that we had acccomplished one of our many long awaited goals! the crowd loved us, and we loved them back just as much for that...

If you didn't know about them, well now you know! Sons of hip hop pioneer Doug E. Fresh, this group consists of Slim(left), Gleamz (center),& Trips (was sup punk!)

This teenage rap group has opened shows for Lil Scrappy, Romeo and Doug E. Fresh. They have performed twice at the Apollo, Tom Joyner's Events at Walt Disney World,several times at Mount Vernon Week and Harlem Week. Square Off has been featured in XXL (Lil Wayne Cover) and the premiere issue of Hy Grade Magazine.
The first single “WE RIDIN” is a hot record produced by DJ CMS and features KRAYZIE BONE on the track it has a down south feel while still staying true to their New York style. "It’s a track that can be played anywhere and everyone will feel it”, states group member Gleamz. Plans for the future include starting their own record label, creating a clothing line and establishing a foundation for a non-profit school of music where future generations can go to learn aspects of the industry including writing, engineering, producing, etc.
Being the sons (Trips and Slim) and the brother-in-law (Gleamz) of the World's Greatest Entertainer and originator of the human beat box, these young men have a lot to live up to and undoubtedly expectations run high. A few things are certain... you can expect them to work hard to earn their place amongst the hip-hop heavyweights, you can expect them to uphold the high musical and performance standards set by Doug E.
